A complete of 20 such launching gear shall be required for the development of viaduct superstructures between Vapi and Ahmedabad in Gujarat alongside the high-speed railway line.

Greater than 97 per cent of land has been acquired for the bullet prepare challenge in Gujarat and Dadra & Nagar Haveli and 30 per cent in Maharashtra, in line with the federal government. The work has already begun on the 325 km route (in Gujarat) out of the overall 508 km hall between Mumbai and Ahmedabad.

For the development of viaduct superstructures for the high-speed bullet prepare hall, state-of-the-art building strategies reminiscent of full span launching methodology shall be adopted. This will expedite the method of launching girders because the precast girders of full span size shall be erected as a single piece for double-track viaduct.

The complete span launching methodology is used internationally as it’s quicker than the section by section launching technique, often adopted for the development of viaducts for the metro programs.
