Military pays tribute to troopers martyred in Jammu and Kashmir | India Information

JAMMU/KOLLAM: The Military on Tuesday paid wealthy tributes to 5 troopers who laid down their lives throughout a counter-terrorist operation in Thanamandi space of Jammu & Kashmir on Monday.
Defence spokesperson Lt Col Devender Anand stated, “Wreaths have been laid by senior Military officers and civil dignitaries in a ceremony in Rajouri. The mortal stays of the junior commissioned officer and 4 troopers belonging to completely different components of the nation shall be despatched to their hometowns.”
“The mortal stays of troopers from Punjab shall be moved from Jammu by highway on Wednesday whereas these of the 2 martyrs from Uttar Pradesh and Kerala shall be moved by air and can attain Lucknow airport and Trivandrum airport the identical day,” he added.
