Dmitry Muratov, the chief editor of Russia’s main unbiased newspaper Novaya Gazeta who received the Nobel Peace Prize Friday, mentioned he would have given the award to jailed Kremlin critic Alexei Navalny.

“I’d have voted for the person who the bookmakers had been relying on, however I feel that individual has all the things forward of him. I’m referring to Alexei Navalny,” he informed reporters.
