The violence broke out within the Lakhimpur Kheri district after two SUVs allegedly ran over a gaggle of anti-farm legislation protesters, who had been demonstrating in opposition to the go to of Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya on the Tikonia-Banbirpur highway.
